Product Profile – Tour & Andersson TBV-C Series

Tour & Andersson, the world leader in hydronic balancing valve technology, has launched an exciting range of terminal balancing valves.

The latest product in TA’s TBV-C series includes a combination balancing/control valve in both on/off (TBV-C) or modulating control (TBV-CM). Using either one of these balancing/control valves has the benefit of getting two valves for the price of one.

By combining the balancing valve and control valve into one, you also halve the time it takes to install balancing valves for chilled beams and other small terminals.

Installing the TBV-C is faster and easier, due to the fact that there is:

• One less valve to install,
• Two less fittings to install,
• One less valve to insulate, and
• Two less points where a leak could occur

And that’s just on one coil! Once you multiply this by the number of coils on your project the savings truly add up.

The TBV-C range is available in the 15 to 25 mm size range with pressure ratings PN 16 and a temperature range between -20°C to 120°C.
