Known for their minimal, modern and versatile style, Melbourne based fashion and lifestyle influencers and social media marketers Bec & Marissa from Twice Blessed certainly know how to execute exquisite design.
Working with the team at Reece Bathroom Life in Richmond, Melbourne, Bec, with the help of Marissa and husband Ari was able to execute a phenomenal first home renovation, transforming the petite space into a modern haven that reflects her signature style.
Bec truly had her work cut out for her with the transformation of the dated home. With a bigger picture in mind for the kitchen and living area, Bec worked with her husband Ari, an architect by profession, to completely change the floor plan.
With a black and gold palette, Bec transformed the kitchen into a contemporary space to match her signature style. A space designed for both practicality and entertaining, the modern kitchen features a Brushed Gold Mizu Drift Sink Mixer, which stands as a true statement piece tying in with the gold fittings throughout the remainder of the kitchen.
Presented with a bathroom needing some serious love, Bec and Ari made similar adjustments to the floor plan of that in the kitchen and living area, opening up the space to include both a large main bathroom and Euro laundry.
With some smart planning and cohesive design, Bec continued the colour story from the kitchen through to the bathroom. As the bathroom is one of the key rooms in the home for relaxation and rejuvenation, Bec opted for a white palette for a fresh, clean feel, paired with matte black and gold.
One of Bec's favourite features of the bathroom and overall home, the matte black Alape Unisono Basin makes a bold statement with its elegant thin edged design, made of pressed steel for ultra durability required in the bathroom. Paired with Mizu Drift fixtures and fittings in brushed gold, the transformation is truly astounding.
