Not many guest bathrooms pack quite as much punch – this space is almost as large as their main bathroom! As keen planners, they haven’t missed an opportunity to maximise the functionality in this home.
The duo embraced all things Hamptons living in a luxe take on this popular style. It’s all in the detail in this space, from the shaker-style Kado Lux wall hung vanity which ties in with the timber cladding, to the gold that completes the look and links it to the rest of the home. The lighting under the vanity is a clever inclusion in a bathroom without a window - multiple sources add layers of soft lighting without the harsh shadow.
Speaking of gold, it really is the hero of this space. Brushed gold Mizu Drift wall-mounted tapware and a twin waterrail shower in the same range add visual interest and the look is completed with a champagne Hideaway+ flush button, feature lighting and gold heated towel rail.
Kirsty & Jesse cleverly contrasted colour and monochromatic tones to create a bathroom that really had the user in mind. Working together with Reece they took their ensuite ideas from dreams to reality.

Gold fittings throughout, from the Mizu Drift MK2 wall basin mixers to the robe hooks and Hideaway+ flush panel, provide a cohesive and constant theme to this luxurious space.
Kirsty & Jesse heroed arched lines through their vanity mirror and door frame. Paired with shaker-style Kado Neue cabinetry, which was wall-hung to create more space, the overall look and feel of this ensuite is one of functional luxury.
Kirsty & Jesse utilised clever technology in their ensuite through the inclusion of a Roca In-Wash® Inspira Smart Toilet, which offers an integrated toilet and bidet, complete with warm washing and drying.

A half height shower screen creates separation without imposition, revealing a beautifully tiled shower space. An elegant vintage touch is provided by the brushed gold Mizu Drift MK2 twin rail shower, as well as the matching MK2 basin mixer, Hideaway+ inwall toilet button and other brushed gold accents throughout.
The wall-mounted underlit Kado Neue all-door vanity further opens the space, floating dreamily above the floor. Finally, a generous skylight is a clever way to bring light into the space, a great tip for any small bathroom.
