Week 5: Ensuite Week

While not new to the challenges of a bathroom week, Ronnie & Georgia brought plenty of fresh ideas to their master ensuite. Find out how Reece helped them take these ideas from wondering to winning ensuite week with them.

Ronnie & Georgia took the win this week, and it’s easy to see why. A combination of a layout that made sense, and a clever choice of products and finishes made for an appealing and functional space. 

The team chose an ISSY Blossom II vanity as a focal point of the bathroom and they were perfectly complemented by the striking curved Milli Pure shower. The gold theme was carried throughout through the inclusion of Sussex Scala wall basin mixers, toilet roll holder, and robe hooks in living brushed brass. Old pros at this stage, they’ve added plenty of storage thanks to the ISSY Z8 triple shaving cabinet.

Soaring ceilings gave a sense of scale and an abundance of natural light from those hero skylights gave the room a fresh and bright feel. Pared-back with a clean use of only two tiles, together with a timber vanity and gold fittings, Ronnie & Georgia’s master ensuite oozed relaxation and serenity.

Week 2: Main Bathroom Week

Professional renovators Ronnie and Georgia have set the bar high – sky high, in fact. With the belief of Reece, read on to learn how they realised the bathroom of their dreams.

The couple have opted for an enormous skylight, which allows natural light to pour over the eye-catching Kado Lux oval freestanding bath. As bathrooms typically lack windows, skylights make for a great way to bring in light without compromising on privacy.

The rest of the space is reminiscent of a Scandinavian day spa, exuding peace. A spacious wet zone, white finger tiles and soft grey marble are timeless choices that help to highlight the gold fixtures used throughout. The frameless shower screen is almost imperceptible, drawing the eye instead to the separate Milli Pure showerhead and Sussex Scala mixers.

Finally, the recessed Kado Arc shaving cabinet and wall mounted timber vanity create casual refinement without compromising on all-important storage.
