Functions

Convection	Ideal for cooking dishes made up of several ingredients. Classic Traditional cooking, baking and roasting on one level. Excellent for slow cooking roasts or cakes depending on the level used in the oven. Top and bottom heat.
Convection with Fan	Ideal for fast cooking and prepacked or frozen foods. Top and bottom element with fan distributes heat uniformly throughout the oven.
Defrost	The fan located at the bottom makes the air circulate at room temperature around the food, halving the defrosting time.
Fan Forced	Ideal for baking and cooking delicate foods that need to rise like cakes, Swiss Rolls, sweet or savoury biscuits and savoury puffs. Heating element surrounds a fan and distributes hot air evenly.
Grill	Perfect for grilling meats and poultry on one level. The high direct temperature of the grill makes it possible to brown the surface while locking in the juices.
Grill with Fan	Allows heat to penetrate into the food without burning. Fan assisted Grill circulates air while using the grill function.
Multi Cooking Mode	Recommended for cooking dishes requiring prolonged cooking times such as, Lasagne, Pasta Bakes and Roast Chicken. The top circle fan and bottom heating elements come on alternately giving constant and uniform heat throughout the oven, allowing the use of two racks at the same time. The even distribution of heat also allows you to decrease the temperature for slow roasting.
Pizza Setting	Ideal for foods requiring high temperatures to cook. The bottom and circle heating elements as well as the fan will come on. This rapidly heats the oven due to the production of considerable heat coming from the bottom.
Top Heating Element	This mode can be used for browning food at the end of cooking.
Top/Bottom Fan Assisted	Suitable for pastries, cakes and slices.
